After Care

As our products are all natural, we use very minimal preservative and only use natural, plant based preservatives. Our products should be kept away from direct heat and sunlight and at room temperature. Unless instructed to do so, do not keep in the fridge. 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene, we are unable to allow returns for refunds on products. However all queries will be considered on a case to case basis. This does not affect your consumer rights.

If an item is damaged upon delivery please send images and we will take this up with the post office. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic, some deliveries to the UK can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in busy periods.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on what to do next.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All buys are responsible to pay TAX within their region. If you wish for us to pay the tax prior to sending please get in touch.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
