After Care

Our products are all-natural and contain minimal preservatives, using only natural, plant-based options. To ensure their longevity, please keep them away from direct heat and sunlight, and store them at room temperature. Unless specifically instructed, do not refrigerate them.

We don't use SPF in any of our products.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for refunds on products. However, we will consider all queries on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not affect your consumer rights.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please send us images, and we will address the issue with the postal service. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some deliveries to the UK may take up to three weeks during busy periods.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with further instructions.


We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes within their region. If you would like us to handle the tax payment before shipping, please get in touch.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the provider.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
